IF your company qualifies, AMCI can provide a Commercial "Facility" Credit Line supported by accounts receivable and/or inventory. Facilities operate just like Bank lines of credit. Once approved, your company will fax to AMCI daily a Facility Certificate that details payments received and deposited to AMCI's bank control account,  new accounts receivables generated, changes in the inventory and new cash advance that you want deposited directly to your existing bank account.

The General qualifications for a Facility are: 1) the business is three years old, 2) has annual sales in excess of $1,200,000, 3) a positive Net Worth (Equity) of at least $250,000, 4) a financial statement independently prepared in accordance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) once each quarter and Tax Return once each year, and 5) employ a competent full-time accountant or bookkeeper on staff acceptable to AMCI.
